Yealinkphones.com.au uses Couriers Please as their sole shipping agent. Your Item will be sent from the Gold Coast Australia. We ship Exclusively to Australian postcodes covered by Courier Please, If you Item is unable to be delivered to your address by Couriers Please please contact support on support@yealinkphones.com.au or phone: 1300 363 893 and we can arrange a different shipping method.

 

All items are only shipping once payment has cleared in full.

 

All items are shipped with insurance and a signature required. yealinkphones.com.au recommends having your items sent to a business address where someone will be available to take receipt of the the items and sign for the items.

All items ordered at shipping generally within 3 business days of funds being cleared. Delivery times may vary depending what state you are located in and many other factors. A delivery tracking number will be provided so you are able to track you item through the couriersplease website tracking system which can be found here.

 

Shipping is calculated on weight, length, width and depth of the box or boxed items.

 

If yealinkphones.com.au incurs extra delivery charges as a result of your action or inaction,. these may be passed on to you at our discretion. An example of such charges are second delivery charges by couriers asĀ  result of you or someone can receive the goods not being in attendance at your nominated delivery address when you have specified the address is attended during normal business hours.
